A few things to try first

Game not opening?

Check your connection and allow the artwork to finish loading. Use the game’s Retry control rather than starting many tabs.

Interrupted round?

Return to the same game. The server restores the saved outcome and any unfinished bonus. A retry uses the same round identifier.

Need more free credits?

See your eligible daily rewards or the refill rules. No payment is ever needed or accepted.

Need a pause?

Player Care can apply a break immediately. You do not need to wait for a support message.
